Susan Alabi Inclusive Empowerment Initiative was founded to operate as a Community Interest Company — empowering younger people and families who require additional support for special needs.

As someone living with partial vision, our founder understands the practical support that people with disabilities require. Her personal experience allows her to connect deeply with families seeking guidance.
