A journey rooted in compassion, inclusion and empowerment for families and young people living with disabilities and neurological differences.
Susan Alabi Inclusive Empowerment Initiative was founded to operate as a Community Interest Company that empowers younger people and families who require additional support for special needs.
The initiative also serves as a non-governmental organisation committed to supporting and nurturing young people with disabilities, neurological conditions and special needs.
Susan Alabi serves as the current founder of the Susan Alabi Inclusive Empowerment Initiative. As someone living with partial vision, Susan understands the practical support that people with disabilities or neurological differences require.
Her personal experience allows her to connect deeply with families and individuals seeking guidance and support.
Susan is currently completing her Masters degree in Psychology to deepen her understanding of neurodiversity, mental health challenges and the navigation of autism and ADHD.
Susan Alabi Inclusive Empowerment Initiative aims to empower families and young people through coaching programmes and focused activities that support individuals navigating neurological conditions and mental health challenges.
Through awareness campaigns and community initiatives, we aim to create sustainable support systems that uplift children and families across Nigeria.
We envision a world that nurtures empathy, compassion and deeper understanding toward individuals with special needs and neurological differences.
By building awareness and community support, we strive to create an inclusive future where families feel empowered and supported throughout their journey.
